Leveraging more than 25 years of public accounting experience, including more than 15 years with mergers and acquisitions, Michael Vaccarella leads Wipfli’s private equity and transaction advisory services team. He provides client relationship support, buy-side and sell-side transaction diligence and quality of earnings (QoE) consulting for private equity funds and their portfolio holdings, family offices and middle-market corporations. Michael works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He seamlessly coordinates with Wipfli’s audit, accounting and tax teams, as well as consulting and investment banking services with Wipfli Corporate Finance Advisors, LLC.
